                                            Massage is simply the manipulation of the soft tissues of the        body - the muscles, tendons and ligaments. A massage treatment incorporates the use of touch and a variety of movements to stimulate circulation, relieve pain, ease tension and relax muscles. Massage is excellent for the skin by encouraging it to breathe better and eliminate toxins. The other benefits of massage include relaxation, increased energy, pain relief, improved circulation, digestion, sleep, and a greater sense of well-being.

An aromatic massage combines massage with pre-blended    essential oils to heal ’therapeutically’, stimulating the    nasal/olfactory senses, mental responses, circulatory and    respiratory functions.  The ultimate in relaxation.

 

Indian head massage is a technique of manipulating soft tissues in the upper back, shoulders, neck, arms and scalp - all areas where tension often settles.  Making it an ideal treatment for both men    and women.  You will be asked to sit in a comfortable low backed chair, where the treatment uses a range of different massage pressures and rhythms to stimulate the head and neck area. 

Indian head is the ideal stress-busting treatment for anyone, especially those who are suffering from aching shoulders, a tight neck, tension headache, eyestrain, insomnia or poor   concentration.

Reflexology is a non-invasive treatment that is suitable for both   men and women.  The treatment involves stimulating points on   the feet by using direct pressure, small rotations and caterpillar    like movements on all parts of the foot.  The therapy, is based      on the idea that the organs of the body are represented on the feet, making them a vital map of the body.  The right foot corresponds to the right side of the body and the left foot corresponding to the left side of the body.

Reflexology aims to reduce stress, increases deep relaxation, improve circulation, cleanse the body of toxins, balance the    whole system and increase energy.
